Engineering Services Manager - Food/Beverage manufacturing

* Is responsible for coaching and developing a team of Packaging Engineers, CAD Engineers * Oversees the Project Management Office * Ensures that projects are delivered on time, on specification and within budget * Create and maintain system documentation

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline - 8+ years of experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical or semiconductor manufacturing - 5 years of management and leadership experience - PMP certification or equivalent - Demonstrated sense of urgency and sound judgment in a fast paced environment - Proficiency in Autocad software programs - PLC, PID controller, Robotics, HMI experience
