Engineering Services Manager

• Is responsible for coaching and developing a team of Packaging Engineers, CAD Engineers
• Oversees the Project Management Office
• Ensures that projects are delivered on time, on specification and within budget
• Create and maintain system documentation

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
• 8+ years of experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical or semiconductor manufacturing
• 5 years of management and leadership experience
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and sound judgment in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Autocad software programs
• PLC, PID controller, Robotics, HMI experience
