Responsibilities
- The Marketing Programs Associate, reporting to the Strategic Marketing Manager, is responsible for developing highly effective integrated marketing programs to drive awareness and growth of our district and educator level deals. - These field marketing programs will drive lead generation and support our sales team. - The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, organized, and very passionate about marketing our products. - Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing Manager and sales team to understand market dynamics and key sales objectives - Identify market opportunities and define the right field marketing programs to promote current and prospective customer engagement, and generate new business - Help manage the IXL community program and drive engagement in the field leveraging our user groups and community - Project management from idea through to execution of customer specific programs to drive engagement and acquisition in the field - Work cross-functionally to develop needed collateral and content to support field programs - Send regular updates to sales, letting them know of new releases and marketing programs and serve as a trusted partner
Ideal Candidate
- BA/BS degree - Written communication: You are an exceptional writer with an ability to articulate the value propositions of IXL to different audiences - Interpersonal skills: You work well with others, communicate effectively with those around you and remain open to others' ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things - Planning/organizing: You prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently, especially in a fast-paced environment - Quality control: You pay attention to the details that make the difference between pretty good and remarkable - You have experience working in or have interest in educational technology
