Marketing Coordinator

**Email Marketing:** * Ensure all content for email marketing initiatives are in-line with overall strategy and marketing direction * Assist in write copy for email content * Assist with monthly reports and keep on top of ways to improve email open rates, conversions and increasing database * Assemble all creative briefs for emails after copy completion and image selection * Pull exports and clean-up data as needed * Pull month exports from third party sources, Open Table, Event Bright * Review all emails on all devices (mobile, Gmail app, etc) to ensure that there are no display issues * Review competitors on a regular basis and create a monthly report on interesting initiatives * Partner with other divisions, to look for Synergy opportunities **Social Media:** * Ensure that all social media channels are staying on strategy--meaning: content of posts are engaging and relevant, responses to guests are timely and posts are frequent. * Have weekly calls with properties social media teams to discuss new ideas and opportunities to grow the fans * Manage all social media ads including Promoting Pages and Boosting Posts * Responsible for monthly reporting * Review competitors on a regular basis and create a monthly report on interesting initiatives

* Minimum of 2-years experience with demonstrated success in email and social media community management * Bachelors degree in related field * Must be flexible, with the ability to multi-task and frequently adjust to changing priorities and timeliness in a fast-paced working environment * Self-starter, constantly thinking proactively and identifying new opportunities * Project management and organizational skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to write with a given audience in mind, keeping communication clear and concise
