Search Engine Optimization Associate

iProspect is a digital and search engine marketing agency that acts as a consultant specializing in search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, social media, and mobile arenas. It helps brands and companies increase traffic on their websites through its innovative digital media strategies.

The SEO Associate will work closely within our SEO channel team on the day-to-day management of SEO campaigns and delivering strong business results. This person is responsible for supporting and executing SEO strategies, ensuring that all SEO deliverables are executed on time and of a high quality.

* Participating in tactical-level executions of SEO campaigns, while learning strategic measures and growing communication skills. * Support SEO team to test, analyze, optimize and scale SEO campaigns leveraging your agency/client successes and industry trends * Hands-on support in link building, content development, site analysis and meta data writing / placement while researching and defining keywords and the appropriate landing pages to target for ranking * Monitor activity, analyze performance, identify areas of opportunity, and recommend ways to improve SEO performance * Quickly identify and respond to changes in SEO performance by adjusting recommendations and re-optimizing content * Keeping up with new developments in SEO and performance marketing, and assisting in educating team members and clients on industry news

* A working understanding of PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution * An understanding of basic website functions and HTML concepts * Experience using an SEO platform like Conductor or Brightedge a plus * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Advanced excel skills required * Knowledge of keyword research and SEO reporting tools * High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
