Graphic Designer

InvestCloud is looking for a talented full-time Graphic Designer to work with the design team to produce innovative and compelling design output with a focus on UX and web development for the financial industry. You will report directly and work closely with John Wise, our CEO.

* Produce high-quality UX and web app designs from concept to execution * Perform artistic and technical work to develop professional high-quality graphic and media solutions * Utilize state of the art production tools to design, edit, and produce video, audio, and graphic material * Create strong graphic layouts based on concepts provided by the CEO and Business team * Work well with a dynamic team and lead other creative resources where necessary * Produce icons, graphics, and marketing materials * Review projects with the CEO to schedule project workflow to ensure completion within budgetary and time constraints * Work directly with CEO to capture their requirements and deliver results that exceed expectations * Modify existing sites and graphics where necessary * Build new sites from designs, integrating with a proprietary content & security management system * Design within company style guidelines for logo and color usage * With limited direction, prioritize, organize, and schedule work assignments and projects * Quickly analyzes and recommends solutions that accommodate technical requirements/ limitations * Participate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions * Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure * Review with team for feedback and revise designs within tight timelines

* Bachelor’s Degree in related field * At least 10 years experience in Graphic Design or Media Development * Significant experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator, InDesign) * Superior design sensibility and a passion for the creative process * Career experience in print plus * Solid understanding of design fundamentals and techniques, including experience designing and building web sites * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be attentive to details * Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously within specific time frames
