Responsibilities
  • The Accounting Supervisor will oversee and assist with the processing of Accounts Payable for three companies. This includes Camp refunds, Camp staff compensation, and the Camp closeout process.
  • The A/P Supervisor will also maintain internal credit card operations, supervise and assist with both month and year-end processes (including 1099's), as well as supervise and train Accounts Payable Team Members.
Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate for the Accounting Supervisor should be highly proficient in processing payables with progressive work experience within Accounts Payable.
  • In addition, have at least intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, work with a high degree of accuracy, and have the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in Great Plains accounting software is preferred but not required.
  • Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or an associate's degree concentrated in accounting with at least 5 years progressive experience.
  • Previous supervising experience required.
