We are looking for an Account Director to be part of a top-notch team, selling multiple products for a top 5 comScore ranked technology publisher to new and existing accounts and their advertising agencies in New York. You can expect a stable yet fast-paced work environment along with an office culture that rewards, recognizes, and respects achievement.
The Account Director will pursue sales opportunities, create powerful sales stories and presentations, and grow both new and existing business for assigned accounts. Selling multiple products to customers and their advertising agencies, s/he will utilize a creative, problem-solving approach and superior closing skills.
The ideal candidate will have five years sales experience with strong presentation, writing, critical thinking and negotiation skills. A solid understanding of mobile, programmatic, social and custom content sales elevates a candidate's potential. The ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, self-motivate, and add to the energy of a highly engaged team will be additional keys to success; able to generate a high volume of sales related activity including cold calls, presentations, proposals, and more.
