Finance Director

Internap Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP) is a leading technology provider of Internet infrastructure through both Colocation Business and Enterprise Services (including network connectivity, IP, bandwidth, and Managed Hosting), and Cloud Services (including enterprise-grade AgileCLOUD 2.0, Bare-Metal Servers, and SMB iWeb platforms).

The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and management reporting for the assigned business unit.

* Develop business cases in support of large financial transactions - including full P&L's, breakeven, payback, NPV, IRR (or MIRR) and ROI calculations for assigned business unit * Develop and update multi-year forecast models for assigned business unit * Provide strategic and analytical support to help drive product line profitability and customer gross margins * Develop and maintain internal budget for assigned business unit * Lead and/or participate in process improvement and system automation and reporting initiatives * Develop and conduct executive level presentations * Responsible for financial analysis of new initiatives/strategic analysis such as bank financings, M&A activity and new product launches. * Ad hoc analysis as needed

* 5-10 years of experience in an analytical role * Strong background supporting Sales, Marketing or Operations * Experience developing complex models and business cases and ability to analyze and negotiate Cost/Margin Elements * Strong experience in process management * Strong Interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with C-Level executives * Must have a Bachelors degree - Certification (CPA/CFA) or MBA a plus * Proficiency in all MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills - experience using Oracle a plus * Strong analytical and business sense a must * Telecommunications industry/ in depth understanding of the Internet Infrastructure experience preferred * Fast thinking, has a professional presence and a pleasant, energetic personality * History of increasing responsibility for managing projects and people
