* Inspire those around you to continuously deliver great software * Drive the rearchitecture of our in-house billing system, ready to handle tens of millions of dollars each month as we grow * Work with the Product Manager, Monetization to devise our roadmap and weekly plans * Scope projects down to their smallest possible size and hustle to ship them as soon as possible * Bear the ultimate responsibility for product quality across the Monetization agenda, enforcing with automation wherever possible * Mentor junior engineers and instill best practices * Champion performance and efficiency across your codebase (and have the metrics and dashboards to prove it)

* You’re a seasoned engineer, capable of working across the stack (or open to learning what you don’t know). We work primarily in Ruby, Rails, and Ember – but we don’t hire based on specific language or framework knowledge * You have been, or are capable of being, a leader: you are kind, you communicate your ideas well and you inspire others * You have great product design instinct and reasoned opinions * You deeply care about what you build and why you’re building it – not just how it’s going to be done * You're eager to work in a process defined by truly continuous deployment: we release our app to production over a hundred times per day. * Must be available to work full-time in our SF office
