Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of a key initiative for the Health and Life Sciences Group at Intel. The scope of this role will include technical development efforts currently underway for Intel's Distributed Care Platform, and coordination across Intel and its external partners on key initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Working with our collaboration partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables, resolution of open items, and program plan tracking. - Organize, monitor, and plan technology solutions and operationalize business model according to program requirement - Identifying dependencies, risks, open issues and resource needs. - Manage program development lifecycle process and progress vs. milestones - Providing updates to key stakeholders. **The program manager will need to organize and track tasks, progress, risks and open issues in the following areas:** - Business Operations Development - Clinical Operations Development - Technical Solutions Development (design through deployment) - Program development - System Integration - Data Management - Stakeholder and partner collaborations The program manager is responsible for managing the development of robust systems and integrations which meet product roadmap needs while working within established standards and policies.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor in Computer Science, IT, or closely related field of study plus 4 years of related work experience in IT, Health IT or Healthcare Services or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or closely related field of study plus 3 years of related work experience in IT, Health IT or Healthcare Services, or a PhD in Computer Science, IT or closely related field of study and related work experience in IT, Health IT or Healthcare Services. - 4 plus years of experience in health domain. - 3 plus years of experience as a Program Manager managing a cross-functional team as they work through a solution development life cycle. -3 plus years of experience leading programs from conception, schedule, design, testing, through implementation. **Additional Preferred Qualifications:** - Ability to work in a highly autonomous role by demonstrating self-motivation and creativity in design approach. - Ability to proactively pursue problem resolution. - Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and with external partners. - Ability to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently while meeting assigned deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
