Business Analyst

As a Corporate Services Business Analyst, you will support the definition and implementation of projects and programs that deliver innovation, efficiency, improve service, and lower cost. You will typically collaborate with a Project Manager on a cross-functional team to accomplish program objectives. You will analyze and document business processes, gather and define requirements, identify opportunities and value drivers for improvement, and create test plans. In this role, you will work on multiple applications, projects, and/or programs simultaneously. The scope of these projects will span across the Corporate Services organization including Construction, Security, Cafes, Environmental Health and Safety, and Facilities and Operations Management.

* Developing project business cases that specify problem statement, project scope, business value, and cost/resource estimates * Gathering, eliciting, and documenting requirements through multiple channels including: workshop facilitation, subject matter expert interviews and direct observation * Comprehending and mapping interactions and relationships of complex systems (people, processes, information, and technologies) * Creating system/process improvements through identifying and removing non-value-added activities * Communication/negotiating with stakeholders that span multiple organizations and levels

* Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent degree. * Applicants must have a legal right to work in the US without sponsorship. **Additional Qualifications:** * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, JMP * Six sigma green belt or black belt certified * Business Process Management certified
