Maintence Engineer

• Coordinate, plan and supervise plant shutdowns
• Establish and maintain contacts with vendors and equipment manufacturers; reviews specifications and costs; orders new equipment and parts.
• Troubleshoot problem equipment, automation and systems and be able to recommend replacements or solutions
• Specify equipment and systems
• Identify and manage inventory of critical equipment spares.
• Shares responsibility with site managers for keeping equipment, facilities and maintenance records in audit ready condition at all times.

• Engineering Degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or engineering of GMP and Non-GMP production and facility equipment and systems in manufacturing plant, preferably in the Medical device or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Good writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, & refrigeration systems
• Knowledge on personal computer and software like MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Experience with CMMS and CMS software
