Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager will help accelerate Intacct’s growth strategy, scale the HR team, and bring operational expertise. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals in the following areas but not limited to: compensation, performance management, benefits, training, immigration, and facilities. The HR Manager contributes to and leads the execution of human resources strategies and tactics to support the growing needs of the organization.

* Manage and lead a team of HR professionals in daily people operations ensuring the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction * Strategically partner with leadership to design and deliver targeted solutions, including career development, performance management, change management, team building and other initiatives * Proactively and effectively address complex people operations issues, including mitigating risk and managing situations that result in the best possible outcomes for the company, teams, and people. * Plans and leads organization design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles, and/or processes that create speed, efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands. * Responsible for scaling the HR team and organization that supports growth via organizational design and planning, building accountability, and structuring way of working and making decisions to execute on human resources initiatives * Identify training needs for business and individual executive coaching needs * Provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution * Community networking to engage in philanthropy events to support company involvement and participation

* 10+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience within high-growth technology companies; track record of building and scaling HR teams and organizations * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related fields; SHRM or HRCI certifications is a plus * Ability to position self as credible (garners respect, acts with integrity, keeps commitments); proactive (has a point of view, challenges assumptions, takes initiative); and a trusted thought-partner (builds relationships, delivers results). * Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company * Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives through the organization and influence decision makers at all levels * Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvements; Demonstrated experience driving process improvements * Human Resources Generalist experience (compensation, performance management, benefits, training, immigration, employment laws and employment practices, LOAs, etc.) * Hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement * Demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity – dealing with issues that do not always have a process or system in place. * Technologically astute with experience with a variety of HR systems (ADP, Cornerstone, Jobvite, High Ground, SuccessFactors, Namely, etc.) * Drives team collaboration by leading by example – assisting cutting birthday cake should be fun to you! * International HR experience with India or Romania is a huge plus
