Insight is looking for a candidate whose primary role will be as a Subject Mater Expert \ Architect for SharePoint. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for the design, configuration, administration, taxonomy and governance, data architecture, monitoring strategy, migration and upgrades of Insights SharePoint environments. Design and implement backup and restoration processes, including disaster recovery, and High Availability for a global environment allowing for no single points of failure. The candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with others, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. They should also have good organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands

* Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint 2007/2010/2013/2016/online * Serve as a technology advocate/evangelist by finding ways to bring advanced features and functions of SharePoint into the business * Ability to perform migrations and upgrades * Ability to plan taxonomy and governance. * Design data architecture and incorporate Enterprise Data Lifecycle management (EDLM) * Administer multiple versions of SharePoint (2007,2010,2013,2016) * Architect, design and execute migration, and consolidation of existing farms to Microsoft SharePoint 2016 or O365 * Provide technical expertise around SharePoint architecture, set-up, maintenance, problem resolution and overall management of SharePoint implementation * Expert with Workflow Development using Nintex * Develop extensive platform monitoring strategy * Capable in supporting a 24/7 coverage model with on call responsibilities * Help to identify opportunities to streamline and enhance SharePoint administration and site development, and to design applications to meet business objectives including Nintex workflows and InfoPath forms * Design SharePoint end user training materials for distribution to individuals throughout the organization * Provide direct and remote L3 application/server support in SharePoint environments * Strong documentation and communication skills * Optimize employee satisfaction through a strong commitment to communications and customer service * Document configurations and procedures that will be transitioned to the help desk or support teams * Help to develop policy and procedures

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in mid-large enterprise deployments * Knowledge of Project Server Knowledge is a huge plus * Comprehensive understanding and designing of SharePoint 2007/2010 architectures, as well as, extensive experience in system integration, performance monitoring, securing and managing a SharePoint 2010/2013 environment * Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, workflows and dashboards * Experience with SharePoint Templates * Experience in Scripting with PowerShell * Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Services such as Enterprise search, User Profile Services, Excel services, InfoPath, office Web Apps * Understanding of NTLM and Kerberos * Must have the ability to work well both in a team environment and independently **Desired Skills** * Good fundamental and hands on knowledge of MS SQL Server * Experience building custom solutions in SharePoint , including Web Parts * Experience with FAST search is a huge plus * Knowledge of MS Project Server * Strong Working knowledge of Windows server environments * Education/OR Experience: * Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 3 – 5 yrs. experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience * Microsoft SharePoint certification or equivalent work experience
