- **Lead and motivate** a team of 20 managers who are responsible for 200 inside sellers in our Conway location. - **Develop and direct** activities to execute sales strategies and successfully achieve revenue and gross profit goals. - **Grow and improve** business relationships with existing and net new clients and partners.

- Strong leadership skills in teamwork and communication across multiple organizations. - Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas in IT product and services sales environment. - Strategic planning and execution, negotiating, and change management skills. - Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; MBA is highly desirable along with 10 years in sales management in a high-tech or service related industry
