Temporary - TOC Analyst

INRIX (based in Kirkland, WA) is seeking a part-time Technical Analyst to ensure accuracy and quality for our 350+ customers on a temporary basis. INRIX has numerous custom, complex systems providing connected car and smart city solutions worldwide. At a high level this role is 50% NOC Operator and 50% Technical Analyst.

• Perform routine system quality checks throughout shift using custom tools and monitors
• Perform real time validation for road closures from multiple providers
• When service or quality issues are found, manage them to a timely resolution, including trouble shooting, escalation, internal and external communication
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to validate that changed/updated systems are working properly after changes are applied
• Independently and accurately execute reports and/or projects on time

• Ability to work independently, with the desire to improve our products and see through to completion
• Strong written and verbal communication required
• Must be proficient in English, multiple language skills a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
• Experience working in an operations support environment and/or traffic systems experience a plus
• SQL experience is desirable, but not required
