Summary
The Senior OD Consultant will provide technical and project management expertise needed to develop, implement and manage Ingram Micro’s Global Learning Management System, Talent Reporting and Analytics, and Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development. In addition, this person will take the lead on special projects within the OD function in support of talent management, leadership development and coaching, change management, cultural alignment and performance management strategies. Areas of responsibility include:
Responsibilities
**LMS Implementation and Management** Project manager for global learning management system implementation, which is the engine for Ingram Micro’s enterprise learning strategy. Coordinate efforts with Global IS, HRIS, HR and LMS Vendor to ensure timely and effective implementation. Responsible for operational oversight of the LMS system once live, including governance, integration with PeopleSoft, curriculum and training materials, and usage reporting. **Talent Analytics** Use data, trends and predictive analysis to inform and enable data-driven decisions across the employee life cycle. Actively partner with HR and business leaders to perform research and analyses on internal and external workforce KPIs and trends, providing insights to drive decisions and actions that enable us to achieve our business outcomes. Design and develop talent metrics for organization. **Organization Effectiveness** Design and implement strategies, programs, processes and measures to drive employee engagement, performance, productivity and satisfaction. Manage Ingram Micro’s annual culture and engagement survey; and, oversee various projects related to organization assessment and effectiveness. Provide oversight to vendors to ensure that projects are scoped correctly and deliverables are met. Provide direction to the field HR associates to ensure the project is rolled out appropriately and obtain feedback from stakeholders to support continuous improvement. **Organization Development** As part of the Talent and Organization team, help support the development and delivery of Ingram Micro’s learning and development curriculum to support enterprise learning and leadership development strategy. May partner with subject matter experts to design, organize and deliver blended training curriculum, creatively leveraging the LMS to deploy learning. Assist in the development of facilitator’s guides, job aids, online tutorials/courses, surveys/questionnaires/evaluations, and blended learning solutions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in Organization Effectiveness or Organization Development with; 5 years of experience with the mix of OE/OD or project management roles with exposure to working with moderately complex organization effectiveness and development projects. Additional requirements include: * BS degree or equivalent, preferably in related discipline and 3-5 years in organization development or MS or equivalent and 2 years of related experience * Working knowledge of OE assessments and design methods; LMS governance; talent metrics and reporting, and instructional design principles a plus * Ability to engage and collaborate with others in the solution process through effective communication and collaboration * Strong project management and customer centric attitude * Agility to learn quickly and adapt to change * Strong MS Office experience, including advanced skills in Excel
