• Partners with business to define scope and objectives based on business needs and understanding of end-to-end business processes. As a subject matter expert in a functional area, provide support to both the business and IT
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define approach and prepare roadmap, create work plans, define & prioritize business requirements, analyze data needs, build business scenarios and flows, create functional specifications and document changes to applications
• Work with development, engineering, and quality teams to drive solutions by communicating requirements and participating in systems/software design, architecture, prototyping and testing discussions
• Collaborate with other streams including technology delivery streams across Infosys to deliver a compelling value proposition to the client.
• Manage and minimize engagement risk by proactively identifying issues and recommended courses of remediation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services and/or IT interface with business
• Financial services domain experience should be in one of the following areas: capital markets, asset management, fund accounting & management, front office (trade/investment operations), consumer or commercial banking. At least 3 years of experience required
• Good understanding of Fixed Income (FI) products in the Financial services industry with a focus on FI Derivatives. Experience with Derivative instruments such as Futures, Options, Swaps (interest rate, credit default, etc). Experience with Trading derivatives, especially Options trading highly desirable. Good general knowledge of and experience in Bonds, Mortgage backed securities, etc.
• Experience in leading/working with development team, working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle. Knowledge of both Agile and waterfall methodologies is desirable
• Strong analytical ability. Good presentation skills with experience in facilitating meetings and leading workshops
• Understanding of current market place issues and drivers
• Able to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA / Masters in related area (Economics, Accounting, Finance, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree with requisite years of experience in lieu of a Master’s degree will also be considered (such as Computer Science with experience in Financial services)
