Research/STAT Analyst

IIa develops innovative solutions in information technology, knowledge management, and data exploitation for customers in government, academic, and private sectors.

**Responsibilities:** - Responds to Requests for Information by locating materials in the HDIAC collection, online databases and utilization of the HDIAC subject matter expert network - Effective and proficient research skills - Analyzes vast amounts of data and authors reports for clients and customers - Creates and formats summaries of compiled information - Utilizes HDIAC system to receive and track requests - Support the overall direction of the HDIAC Director and respond to tasking from the STAT lead - Assists with collection development - Assists with cataloging Qualifications

**Mandatory Qualifications:** - US Citizenship and ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance - Interpersonal and professional communication - Writing and authoring professional deliverables - Conducting extensive and timely research - Analytical training / education; Ability to synthesize and analyze vast amounts of technical data **Preferred Qualifications:** - MS / MA preferred; technical degree desirable - 2+ years of experience in technical reference or inquiry support services. - Military / DoD experience
