Technical Development Generalist for Client Services

InfoMC is a leading provider of cloud-based healthcare management and care coordination software. The InfoMC Incedo platform offers a suite of workflow, data exchange, and analytics products to health plans, MCOs, behavioral health organizations, health systems, and public health agencies (state, county and community health centers).

As a Development Generalist, in the Client Services Department, you will leverage your technological abilities, along with your drive to understand the business, to create wins for both our clients and internal teams. Your passion as an IT generalist will drive success as you solve challenges resulting in increased client satisfaction and more optimized solutions for our clients. While gaining competence with InfoMC’s products, the Development Generalist will tackle challenges having to do with data, process, configuration, and business understanding. Challenges may begin with gaining more clarity around the business process and result in a technical implementation using MS SQL Server or another Microsoft tool. The successful candidate will love exploring a business challenge and employing the right technology or process to satisfy it. * Evaluate client issues, propose and gain support for an appropriate and balanced solution. * Coordinate and drive activities required to solution the challenge with product development, QA and engineering teams. * Leverage acquired product knowledge to build and promote internal best practices for solution activities. * Communicate the status of problem resolution to the stakeholder groups. * Partner with team members to continuously improve solution capabilities and streamline future efforts * Continually suggest improvements to the development infrastructure, tools, and processes. * Ensure required documentation are in-place and up to date for all data management solutions. * Actively participate in Agile Scrum meetings.

**Qualifications** * 3+ years MS SQL Server experience * 2+ years MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience * 2+ years MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience * Solid SQL skills and strong understanding of databases, data structure * Conversant with programming languages such as C#/.NET, T-SQL * Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Local Candidates ONLY – Conshohocken, PA (Suburb of Philadelphia Metro Area) * Authorized to work in the United States.
