Project Manager

Influenster is a product discovery platform and reviews site that enables consumers to find new products and get advice to make informed purchases. Members use Influenster to explore the latest products, gain fresh insight, pick up new tips, and share their opinions with others. We help our members compare products and guide them on how products can be integrated into their lives. We inspire a love for products and encourage discovery, conversations and reviews.

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead our design and development teams through the creation process and ensure that all final products are of high quality. The ideal candidate has a strong UI/UX background and proven experience creating simple, elegant experiences.

- Work closely with a various teams to understand the product vision and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team - Collaborate with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets the defined requirements - Continuously track and report on the progress of projects and deliverables to the Chief Product Officer - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential hurdles, and devise contingency plans - Work with our internal designer to ensure timely delivery of designs to the development team

- 2+ years of product/project management experience, preferably with web-based products - Adept at defining and prioritizing product features - Excellent leadership, diplomacy, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making - Previous success working with an agile development team, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders - Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
