Content Director

Influenster is a product discovery platform and reviews site that enables consumers to find new products and get advice to make informed purchases. Members use Influenster to explore the latest products, gain fresh insight, pick up new tips, and share their opinions with others. We help our members compare products and guide them on how products can be integrated into their lives. We inspire a love for products and encourage discovery, conversations and reviews.

We're looking for a talented Content Director to develop Influenster's overall content strategy and shape Influenster's voice across all communication channels including our website, mobile app, emails, and various social media accounts. The editor's primary role is to manage our content team and assign engaging material to contributors. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Tribeca office.

* Oversee social media content and team * Conceptualize and write articles for The Hub * Curate all content prior to publication * Assist in ideating and producing video features * Plan, manage, and execute SEO campaigns * Create clickable and engaging written and visual content * Collaborate with Social Media Strategists to develop concepts for new material

* 4-7 years of experience writing or editing * Strong knowledge of SEO * Excellent writing and editing skills * Excellent communication skills * An innate understanding of the stories that will be successful for an online audience * Strong knowledge of social media * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Organized and detail oriented
