* Resolve customer inquiries * Explain insurance coverage * Responsible for bringing new clients to the company * Determine client needs and develop appropriate recommendations * Provide customers with quotes on Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance products

**Minimum Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) * Good computer, typing and grammar skills * Strong communication and time management skills * High level of dependability * Drive for high achievement and the ability to work independently * Ability to work some weekends and flexible work schedule **Preferred Qualifications** * Excellent people skills * Insurance or sales and marketing experience is a plus
