Internship - Technology Support

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance has protected fellow Hoosiers since 1934. Organized by Indiana Farm Bureau, Inc., our family of companies has grown to include insurance products for auto, life, home, business and farm. Banking and other financial services and products are also available.

This is a temporary summer internship opportunity where the intern will work in the IT area with a concentration on technology business support.

• Deploy and troubleshoot Windows and mobile devices.
• Perform and document device imaging process.
• Assist with Hardware and Software inventory.
• Research various technologies and document internal processes.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks as required.

• Education: Must presently be enrolled and working toward a bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Experience with Windows and iOS Operating Systems preferred. Basic knowledge of testing methodology preferred.

Knowledge / Skills:

• Windows Operating System
• Microsoft Office
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) knowledge.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Patience
