* Monitor performance of transaction queue applications (FES/BES/SAF) * Support system events that involve queueing * Coordinate reconciliation of queued transactions with internal contacts * Identify and propose system adjustments and improvements * Install updates and patches to related systems

* Strong SQL query skills required * Strong communications skills * Application support experience preferred * Transaction processing experience preferred * JBoss experience preferred
