Summary
imre, a rapidly-growing global integrated marketing agency serving the world’s biggest and best loved brands, is seeking a creative, dynamic, passionate social marketing Program Director to join our teams in LA and NYC. Under the general supervision of the Vice President, the Program Director will manage the day-to-day and high-level strategies for campaigns and full-service enterprise social media management for global Fortune 500 brands.
Responsibilities
* Develop and concept strategic social marketing plans utilizing our planning approach. * Provide strategic support to new business and service-development activities. * Direct and guide execution of social marketing strategy through campaigns and ongoing social management. * Lead client communications in partnership with expert account directors. * Manage the workflow and responsibilities of cross functional Social Marketing team members including community managers, art directors, designers, copywriters, paid media and analytics experts. * Participate in senior team initiatives including building team training and development programs, supervising team members’ professional growth, developing and executing marketing plans for the agency and developing points of view around emerging trends and topics. * Position can be located in LA or NYC, with some travel between offices required.
Ideal Candidate
* 7-11 years of social marketing, digital marketing experience * Experience in planning and executing marketing programs across the digital ecosystem * Creative concepting and strategic planning for the development of social campaigns * Leading the development of research methodologies to inform strategic planning activities * Strategic planning and execution of paid social campaigns * Writing and concepting creative content across social channels * Proposal writing * Relationshipping with social influencers * Applying knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs * Storytelling through the use of data and research * Agency experience or global Fortune 500 brand experience preferred
