Full Serve Warehouse Coworker: I contribute to the coordination and completion of the Goods Flow process in the most efficient, commercial and safe way and secure the goods flow operations are optimised. I do this through using my knowledge of IKEA, as well as the IKEA tools and the experience and expertise of my colleagues. This results in agreed goods availability for customers at the lowest possible costs. We do this to strengthen the main objectives of IKEA to be leader in life at home in our local market and achieve growth and sustained long term profitability.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area following waste management guidelines.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment in an as new condition.
• Adhere strictly to safety and security procedures.
• Improve and maintain knowledge on Efficient Goods Flow Concept and range. Adhere strictly to safety and security procedures including accurate and safe pallet placement in racking
• Improve and maintain knowledge on Efficient Goods Flow Concept and range
• Assist managers in the training of new co-workers.
• Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur.
