* BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree required. * 8+ years in software development experience. * 3-4 years’ experience in leading engineers is preferred. * Must be a hands on, dynamic and highly technical leader. * Must possess in-depth knowledge of C#, C++ or object oriented design/programming languages and development tools. * Experience or working knowledge on Unity or other game engines is preferable. * In-depth understanding and experience in designing and building highly scalable distributed systems. **Special requirements needed** * Security Investigation **Keys To Success** * Deliver exceptional customer service * Demonstrate accountability and integrity * Develop successful relationship * Embrace change * Demonstrate business savvy
