Summary
IGT is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Interactive Marketing Specialist to support our Georgia iLottery program. The specialist will have a primary focus in the planning, strategy, execution, maintenance and optimization of current and future marketing campaigns in support of customer goals. This position requires a high degree of collaboration with various internal groups. Innovative thinking and problem solving along with an open and collaborative communication style are critical. Familiarity with the following is preferred: email marketing, search engine marketing, social media, pay-per-click campaign management, Google Analytics, marketing systems including marketing automation platform or email marketing system and Customer Relationship Management platforms.
Responsibilities
* Drive and execute online marketing for website, mobile, tablet, email, and social programs. * Create and manage marketing campaigns. * Manage online projects requests to meet or exceed expectations and deliver quality work on time. * Support the maintenance of data quality and segmentation depending on target audience. * Expand knowledge of basic online marketing tools, trends, and best practices regularly. * Monitor iLottery programs with Interactive Senior Manager, to recommend changes and improvements for increased sales. * Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, key vendors, and customers.
Ideal Candidate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail * Proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to summarize information or share details based on assessment of situation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management * Curious learner * Ability to pick-up and apply knowledge to daily responsibilities quickly * Project management skills * Deadline oriented * Strong interpersonal skills **Education and Experience:** * BA/BS degree in marketing/business * 5+ years of experience in a corporate marketing department * 2+ years of online marketing support experience
