* Monthly account reconciliations and schedules * Bank * Accounts Payable * Accounts Receivable * Payroll Related Accounts * Create customer invoices * Prepare Month-End Binder * Prepare Cost Center Allocations * Prepare inter-office entity allocations * Manage Company Pay Cards * Manage Monthly and Quarterly Accruals * Exposure to Accounting for Foreign Entities * Assist with Annual Audit * AdHoc projects

* Accounting Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university is required * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Ideal candidate will have strong attention to details and organization skills. * Must be able to work successfully as part of a team * Experience with accounting software preferred but nor required: Microsoft Dynamics (AX), Nexelus (ESM), Concur, Salesforce.
