Presentation Designer

We seek a motivated, talented and experienced Presentation Designer to help our business development team. Working under the supervision of the Chief Growth Officer, with strong collaboration from account service leaders and agency management, and in close conjunction with the Creative team, you will be responsible for designing visually impactful presentations, RFP responses and marketing collateral in Keynote, PPTX and other software programs. - Work closely with business development, creative and marketing teams to drive the design, layout and production of presentations, proposals and marketing collateral in digital and print - Creation of visual assets to be used in presentations and proposal responses, as well as agency website and social channels - Enhancement of existing presentation assets as required - Management and maintenance of company presentation and marketing material

- Formal design education with strong UX, instructional, and information design skills are required. - 2-4 years of experience designing and developing compelling presentations - Must have a clear understanding of best practices and expert proficiency with the presentation design tools Keynote and Powerpoint. - Experience with design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator. Interactive design experience is a plus. - Must have the ability to work well under pressure, be attentive to detail, have excellent time management, and communication skills. - Must have the ability to travel up to 25% and enjoy a flexible work schedule that can create down time between projects, but can conversely require late nights, weekends, and long hours when projects are active
