Store Tools Data Integration team is the sole point of integration for data needs between the various Retail systems

The Product Owner for our Store Tools Data Integration team serves as the content authority for the delivery team and is responsible for the Product Backlog, the vision & roadmap; working with the team to optimize feature delivery in a series of releases that balance technical & economic objectives. - Member of the Agile Team serving as the customer proxy to either an in-house development team or 3rd party vendor - Work with Program/Portfolio to understand objectives, budget and strategic themes - Assist Sr. Product Manager in developing & communicating the roadmap and vision - Work with system architects to understand architectural work to assist with decision-making & sequencing of key technical infrastructures - Manage product feature backlog by selecting features & prioritizing primary artifacts - Writes user stories for the delivery team to execute - Drives sprint content via prioritized stories in release planning ceremonies - Develop story acceptance criteria used to establish the stories meet its definition of done - Define releases & program increments including new features, architecture and allocations for technical debt - Participate in release management & solution validation

- 3+ years experience with Agile Scrum for in-house software development - 2+ years experience as Product Owner for a Scrum Team - Experience with data integration solutions - Retail industry experience a plus **Education:** * Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 or 6 years directly relevant work experience
