The Product Manager is responsible for all stages and types of Technology department initiatives, which may include researching and analyzing data, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and enhancements.

• Manages, develops, and implements product activities to maximize sales of an assigned product.
• Acts as an advocate for the customer, internal stakeholders and business partners as it relates to product issues and improvements.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works with other departments in a cross functional environment.
• Supports customer escalations, demonstrations and on-site visits.
• A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Understands vision, direction and priority of the Product Backlog
• Defines the Product Backlog for the assigned product and presents business justification for prioritization of backlog items.
• Clearly communicates business objectives and requirements for the assigned product requirements
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager.
• Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of product management experience
• Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
• The desire to be part of and to contribute to a team environment
• Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
• Strategic analysis/creative problem solving, business judgment and financial acumen are required
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and upper management to impact decision-making
• Expert knowledge and planning of multiple products
• Strong management relationship building skills and the ability to strategically plan across all departments in the organization.
• Works under general oversight

Education/Certifications/Licenses Required

• BA/BS or equivalent in related field
