Business and Financial Task Lead

• Leads the PMS 385 Business and Financial support
• Organizes, directs and manages the BFM functions within the shipbuilding programs and is involved in multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks
• Manages teams on contract support personnel at multiple locations.
• Maintains and manages the customer interface at the senior levels of the customer organization
• Meets with customer and Financial personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
• Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs
• Develops and enforces work standards
• Provides quality assurance, communicates goals, objectives, and policies.
• Provides financial management and project administration
• Supervises and directs staff on a daily basis Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor degree (BS/BA)in any technical or managerial discipline

• 10 yours demonstrated experience in supporting DOD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), with emphasis on program planning and analysis, budget preparation and justification and funds execution.
• Demonstrated experience of DoD financial accounting systems. Examples are: Program Budget Information System (PBIS), NAVSEA Headquarters System (NHS), Standard Accounting and Reporting System (STARS), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services System (MOCAS).
• Demonstrated experience in contract analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) capabilities and program requirements Other Requirements:
