Hirshorn Zuckerman Design Group, Inc. (HZ) is an independent, branding and design company specializing in high-impact, integrated marketing solutions. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will work across a number of different projects supporting and implementing the social/digital campaign strategies.
- Develop social media marketing solutions
- Participate in new business development
- Develop case studies for internal and new business use
- Educate clients and staff on social media
- Refine social media processes for corporate and client initiatives
- Serve as an evangelist to support and advise traditional account staff in supporting digital program elements.
- 2-4 years social media experience - experience in executing a social strategy - increase fan growth, engagement, and drives conversion
- Must be able to take a strategy and recommend best tactics to achieve the clients goal
- Understanding of strategy fundamentals
- Experience in maintenance and growth of social media presence across array of networks & technologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms & tools (beyond just Facebook and Twitter) and how it benefits brands both large and small; understand how to apply them in a manner that is fitting to HZDG's clients
- Understanding of and passion for all marketing (brand, traditional, new media, email, guerrilla and ‘word of mouth)
- Strong knowledge of social media analysis tools - Understands the ROI of social media and can articulate that to the client(s)
- Passion for community building and engagement
- Knowledgeable of best in class brand presence in the social sphere is a must
- Background in brand marketing, digital marketing, communications, word of mouth marketing
- Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong digital project management skills (scope, budget, timelines, wireframes), as well as experience in client facing strategic role
- Strong understanding of web, social, mobile and emerging technologies
- Must have a strong social media voice, a desire to be part of a growing team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working across a variety of online properties, implementing both earned and paid campaigns, and the ability to deliver high quality, cutting edge services to clients is essential
