Living Wills and Resolution Planning

Group Technology & Operations (GTO) requires an Operational Services Workstream Analyst who will support the bank's US Resolution Plan by assisting GTO and the US workstream Lead with delivery of his/her workstream.

* Be the point person to coordinate the review and validation of critical resolution operational services to ensure cross entity service agreements are properly documented and updated * Provide weekly report updates to the Living Wills workstream coordinator in accordance with the overall program governance model * Facilitate communications among workstream contributors that includes conducting research and compiling data on cross entity services in accordance with Resolution requirements, identification of gaps where the services do not reflect the documentation requirements * Assist in identifying and managing dependencies * Escalate to GTO and Living Wills management when milestones are at risk and identify possible mitigatory actions to address these * Work with the SME's within GTO's transition team to understand the inventory of contracts, and to determine correct contract owners and project owners * Communicate the actions and responsibilities of the contract owners and project owners consistent with the Bank's model

* Ability to quickly understand the requirements of a project scope in accordance with the regulatory requirements, including its organization and deliverables * Must have experience with complex technical services and products contract * Strong technical and operational skills in determining critical interrelationships and dependencies for products and services in a contract * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong self starter * Work well horizontally (with broad range of subject matter experts) and vertically (with senior management and junior staff) * Team player * Strong attention to detail * Understanding of service level agreements * Intermediate skills in the full suite of applications in Microsoft Office
