Summary

We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team of professionals in our Dallas, TX office. This role will require an individual to take inbound calls from employees and answer questions regarding phone, internet and other technical issues, make weekly or monthly updates to the company website as necessary, set-up workstations and configure software for new employees and manage printers and printer supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Configure workstations for new and existing employees

  • Troubleshoot software/hardware/network issues for employees regarding computers, servers, network, printers, copiers, phones, etc.

  • Manage incoming trouble tickets

  • Maintain inventory of IT supplies (ink, toner, etc.)

Ideal Candidate

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of experience in a supportive IT role

  • Proficient in Windows 7, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Windows Server a plus

  • The ability to clearly communicate technical matters with non-technical people

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
