Hughes is currently seeking a Marketing Manager at our Germantown, MD headquarters to be responsible for building and selling a robust offerings of optional value-added services and for managing the customer HughesNet portal experience. The Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for engaging customers from the very beginning of their life with Hughes, with the end goal of reducing churn. This would include responsibility for all customer communications throughout a customer’s lifetime with Hughes (CRM), including emails, new customer welcome experience, loyalty programs and service upgrades. This position will manage the entire customer journey with Hughes.
- Defining and managing the proper customer communication cadence
- Creating marketing programs around the customer
- Creating a customer journey map
- Centralization of all customer communications
- Campaign Analysis
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10 or more years of marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong with Excel.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Customer loyalty
- Revenue management
- Vendor management
- Subscription based marketing a plus
- Salesforce familiarity preferred
- Program financial analysis
