Summary
Huge is looking for a top flight Senior Analyst to join our growing Analytics team at an industry leading digital design agency. Working as part of the Strategy team, the Senior Analyst will collaborate across multiple client projects, acting as an analytical leader and insights-hungry team player. The Senior Analyst is the point-person for analytics across several key accounts. If you're equally as intrigued by the questions as you are the answers, this job is for you.
Responsibilities
* Tell a comprehensive story of how users behave while they interact with our clients' digital initiatives * Provide holistic analysis and actionable insights by using data and business savvy to identify strategic key that will help dictate the direction of the client's engagements * Define learning objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction * Produce A|B and Multivariate Testing, owning the process from concept to execution * Collaborate with other Huge capability teams as an analytics leader to inform design, content, and user experience development decisions * Develop meaningful relationships with clients to deliver strategic insight and impart recommendations that improve clients' business * Lead client-facing presentations * Participate in the analytics implementation and data validation process for new site releases
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors degree required, with strong academic record from a top-tier school * 2-5 years of work experience in Analytics, Management Consulting, or Marketing * Experience in a client-facing role * Inside-out knowledge of at least one web analytics tool (e.g. Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics) * Experience with implementing analytics on complex site builds * Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation that maps back to client business * Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to prepare client-ready documents * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/Access/SAS skills a plus
