Our Project Managers are the people who make sure the machinery of Huge runs smoothly, keeping their eyes on everything from the overall aims to the small details of their projects. They’re the guardrails that ensure client goals are met and channel our creative talents toward those mind-blowing ends

They’re responsible for the execution of every deliverable we ship: concepts, taxonomies, stunning videos and media, tech builds, mobile apps and enterprise website redesigns. PMs develop and fortify the relationships between the clients and the internal creative, strategy and tech teams to make the work happen. PMs are driven; they make decisions and solve problems from day one and have the freedom to put their own stamp on a project; expect training but not handholding. They make sure the work gets done and it all meets their standards.

* Experience in interactive project management. We need someone who is confident and comfortable with the demands this role will require from the very start. * Impeccable organizational skills. With projects under their charge from start to finish, Project Management requires an inherent knack for spreadsheets, timelines, budgeting and juggling. (Metaphorical. Mostly.) * Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as PMs need to manage expectations for the client and internal teams, synthesize different points of view and incorporate other people's ideas into an active project plan. * A sense of ownership for everything they deliver. This requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a lot of autonomy, and an ability to set aside their egos and build something amazing. * People who see the energy, time and sheer tenacity it takes to build a giant business from a single idea and think, “Yeah, I could do that.”
