Customer Service Associate

This position serves as the primary liaison with carriers, clients and internal departments to facilitate all aspects of policy and plan services.

* Serve as the primary liaison with carriers and clients to facilitate the administrative aspects of all policies * Efficient processing of incoming phone calls including premium inquires, filing claims, and processing policy change requests * Resolve inquires, explain insurance coverage and request changes to policies * Processing policies and endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements within deadline time-frames * Work closely with producers on client issues, policy processing, and claim issues

* 1-2 years related experience within the insurance industry (commercial lines) * High School Diploma or GED, four year college degree preferred * Working knowledge of insurance policies * Demonstrated oral and written communication skills * Effective interpersonal skills * Demonstrated attention to detail * Ability to appropriately manage sensitive and confidential data * Must be able to effectively work in a team environment
