Account Manager - Personal Lines

The Account Manager supports the Sales Producer with marketing, quoting and placing new and renewal insurance policies. The Account manager will work with Sales Producers to maintain synergy within the HUB office, achieve corporate goals meet carrier requirements and meet the needs of our clients.

• Prepare on-line quotations
• Complete new business applications and upload to system, reviewing for accuracy
• Maintain account files
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance company staff
• Respond to account inquiries (phone, email, etc.) in a timely fashion
• Maintains renewal controls on expirations and binders
• Checks policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
• Coordinate premium and/or fee collection with Producer and/or accounting and prepare finance agreements

• High School diploma or GED (some college preferred)
• 2+ years related experience (insurance agency/brokerage experience strongly preferred)
• Currently licensed and in good standing in required lines and states
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
