Summary
The Account Manager (Commercial Lines) works with Producers to maintain synergy between HUB, the carriers and the clients. The Account Manager provides the highest quality of professional service to every customer. This includes answering questions, providing professional information and enhancing existing policies.
Responsibilities
* Manage assigned book of commercial insurance accounts * Marketing of new business and renewal policies * Create proposals * Assist Producer with client presentations * Process insurance applications/endorsements * Assist with claims processing * Assist clients with policy changes, questions, etc.
Ideal Candidate
* Comprehensive understanding of commercial lines coverages, products, and policy forms * Understand the level of service required and provide it to our clients * High school diploma or GED - college degree preferred * Self directed in managing multiple tasks in fast-paced environment, emphasizing attention to detail. * Experience working in a paperless agency environment * Currently licensed and in good standing in required lines and states. * Demonstrated computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Suite) including broker management systems (EPIC preferred) * Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization * POSITION IS IN RANCHO BERNARDO
