Development Associate

Bozzuto Development Company is seeking a Development Associate to add to their team in the Boston regional office. Under the direction of the Development Vice President, this professional will be responsible for providing support to the team in various activities and initiatives related to the execution of existing development projects and the pursuit of new development opportunities.

* Perform feasibility analyses of potential projects in close collaboration with finance, construction, and property management teams. * Prepare and maintain project performance metrics that include predevelopment budget, development budget, and project timeline. * Assist with the oversight and management of external partners, e.g. architect, market data consultants, environmental consultants, community organizations, political officials, etc. * Evaluate and secure zoning and other local government entitlements required for development. * Assist with the preparation of funding proposals, tax credit applications, etc. * Attend events in the greater Boston area some of which may be in the early morning or evening.

* BA/BS degree required, MA in Real Estate or MBA required * 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry or a relevant internship required * Solid understanding of Boston Metro market. * Project management experience.
