Construction Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you are fully responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and outcome of all construction management activities. As you successfully lead your team and get the job done, you will further develop your expertise, and contribute to the fast and continuing expansion of Bozzuto Construction.

* Have ultimate responsibility for the successful outcome of construction projects including building a positive relationship with our customers. * Produce and implement all elements of the project execution plan, including management of budget, negotiation and awarding of work, schedule, etc. * Develop and maintain strong relationship with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers * Lead and mentor project team, including superintendent, assistant project managers, and engineers * Direct and supervise project administration to establish operational priorities

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field * 10-15 years of experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects. * Or equivalent combination of both education and experience
