Drive the definition of new products and solutions through R&D, Printer Marketing and Solutions teams. Deliver detailed product roadmaps that are aligned across Supplies and Printer GBUs
- Based on a strong knowledge of trends in the industry, customer needs and competitive landscape, provide input on the product direction and key strategies
- Analyze competitors' offerings and positioning to insure a strong HP portfolio that is competitive in the market
- Apply pricing strategy, conduct pricing analysis and set target pricing for products
- Understand differentiated market needs across transactional vs contractual, and propose appropriate portfolio and pricing across those segments
- Will work closely with Regional Category Management, R&D, Printer Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, Marketing/PR teams
- Seen by Regions and sales Teams as an expert in the products/services/solutions
- Own strategy, reporting and analysis, coordination of various supplies reordering solutions. Work with solutions development teams and across organizational groups to insure an aligned offering and market positioning
- Lead special projects / strategies on an as-needed basis
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Finance/Business/Technical
- 5 years professional experience in product marketing/management
- MBA preferred
