Information Technology Support Specialist

* Provide high levels of customer service being the face of IT for all users in the office * Set up and removal of all technical equipment * Respond to and administer helpdesk ticket system * Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of all hardware and software assets * Help build, support, and set direction for IT Operations * Maintain and ensure full functionality of phone system at all times

**Requirements** * 3 + years of experience in a helpdesk role supporting local users * Strong experience in troubleshooting Apple Hardware and Software to include Mac OS 10.8-10.11. * Self-Motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, ever changing environment * Strong understanding and working knowledge of networking concepts * Experience with printer support and maintenance * Strong experience in troubleshooting and maintaining phone systems. * Experience with mobile device management * Experience with Gmail administration (Email, Calendar, Google Drive..ect) * Demonstrate an ability to complete multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner * Organization and problem solving skills which allow for optimizing efficiency * Ability to lift 40 pounds **Additional Preferences** * A+ / Network + Certification * 2+ Years of supporting Apple hardware and software * Experience with Allworx phone systems * Experience with MDM for Apple devices
