Compensation Coordinator

Houzz is looking for someone to join our Sales Planning team as a Compensation Coordinator. You will work directly with the Director of Sales Planning and our Commissions Analyst team to assist in the management of all commission and bonus plans. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment, has impeccable organizational and communication skills and thrives on juggling multiple projects at a time.

* Ensure all new employees are provided appropriate commission/bonus plans when they come on board with Houzz * Keep accurate records of all employee position and comp plan changes * Proofread compensation plans * Maintain and improve Sales Planning organizational systems and efficiency * Perform various administrative tasks

**Core Competencies** * Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a super fast-paced environment. * Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material * Communicates clearly and concisely * Excellent written and verbal skills * Exceptional attention to detail * Strong computer skills: Microsoft Suite (especially Word and Excel) * Knowledge of Salesforce a plus * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to make effective decisions with minimal supervision and information. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree * 2+ years experience working in a Human Resources or Payroll environment preferred
