Summary
As a User Acquisition Manager, you are a highly analytical and talented growth specialist experienced in online display channels and well versed in technical analysis, campaign and budgetary management, reporting and meeting strict ROI targets. You will have a direct impact on growing HotelTonight’s top and bottom line.
Responsibilities
* Drive HotelTonight’s mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple online display platforms, including social, ad networks, DSP/RTBs, direct partnerships and retargeting * Work with large data sets to create and deploy analytical frameworks to optimize campaigns and targeting based on performance metrics * Drive creative optimization, execute amongst online channels, optimize and manage reporting to inform subsequent creative iterations * Successfully lead multiple projects and external relationships while managing significant monthly budgets, high volume of traffic and aggressive growth KPI’s * Work closely with HotelTonight’s data team to improve user acquisition sophistication and innovate bidding and targeting methodologies
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of mobile user acquisition experience * Stellar experience in performance based mobile marketing * Proven track record of working with multiple online display channels (i.e, Facebook, Instagram, ad networks, DSP/exchange buys) * Ability to deploy complex and accurate optimizations on a channel/campaign/ad group/creative level * Deep expertise buying and optimizing performance campaigns using a multitude of pricing models (i.e. CPI, CPA, CPC and CPM) * Blend of creativity and analytical skills with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving * Passion for all things travel
